Ruthless Eyes
Sep 19th, 2007 by Felix Alaita
Have you ever been robbed?
Harassed and deprived
Of your priced possession
Or did you loose something or someone
That can’t be described
Did you see his eyes
Those extremely ruthless eyes
High on some form of octane
Passion and violence intertwined
Reeking in thoughts and deeds of negativity
Gleaming like a hyena on a living corpse
Eyes devoid of human compassion
Consumed by his overwhelming selfishness
Blind to the effect you till your infinity
Do you find time as he strikes to have pity
On those extremely ruthless eyes
In between the robbing, raping and repossessing
Do you heed the books that say ‘love in enmity’
Close your eyes swallow your bile and turn the other cheek
Or were you engrossed by pain and cries of regretting
The misfortune of looking into ruthless eyes
