I haven’t been able to blog for sometime now due to reasons beyond my control. This post is actually Ize’s comment for my earlier post wishing her a Happy Birthday. Its so beautiful I felt it deserved a spot on the main page. Please enjoy and let me know what you think.

For a time and a half I feared to gaze
On the lines i know would bring me daze
For this friend of mine…pray bless his heart
knows how to touch me… what an art!
And my mind drifts back to the same day time past
when hell seemed to break loose in all i was at
memories I toy with yet hold dear to heart
for all i had been through, this friend was a part
So on this day even I, duff my hat
To a friend, near right from the start.
